Now I'm older and weaker I have no aspirations to ownership of a twin. How embarrassing it would be to bnring my new toy home and have to ask Current Primary Woman to help me lift the thing into the workshop!

Maybe that's why I like the little ones best.

The weight factor has become an issue with seagulls for me these days, can understand the popularity of forties. Probably why I like my pilot.

This thingy is AU750.00 for starters. Then pick up only, then a first time seller then.............no decent info or pics of bits if Charles is correct that "Us Lot" are responsible :o

I would think that the starting price has put most knowing bidders off from get go.

Painted strange barrel is probably hiding the rot and sideways of water intake is probably hiding more for the un-expecting punter

Prop shaft may have been hacked as well.

Carb requires closer scrutiny for the price.

Tiller?

Still some time left for an idiot however.....................An Idiot making 262 worth what?

Rather than guessing, why not ask the vendor?

He did some research & said the last one that sold, did for a lot more, it was his grandad's.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

yep he also told me it was his grandad's.
someone will bid before the end
maybe a bidding war in the last few seconds
im too far out as i would have to check it could be a runner and im not planning on coming down to England at the moment as im very buzy moving soon
again...at least a new area will have some seagulls around as ive harvested them all from around here :P

Hey Niander where are you moving too?

I've asked around where I am currently working in madrid the national airline..a couple of old bike buffs but no outboard enthusiasts. One yachtsman, but he does not speak English, but after a session looking at pic on the net we are firm friends :D

Inverness!!!!!
I took a boat oop there from Ijmuiden last september. No seagulls involved, it had a pair of mwm v6 motors. Bit of a bumpy passage.

A weekly car boot on Sundays at ICT football stadium. You will have a field day.
