Saving Old Seagulls

thanks charles----when i was dismantling carb a small needle appeared and i did not see where it came so i cannot be sure of reinstating it ----i have experimeted and tried it in a couple of places but as engine not working i have got something wrong--- its 14mm long ----pointed one end with a circular groove in other end---took photo http://s813.photobucket.com/album hope link works i am not much good with computors-----on the plus side if i take out plug and add 10-1 mix directly the engine starts first pull and runs for a few seconds---regards barry

hi all----engine going at last---a big thank you to sos john- charles uk and all other forum members for help and encouragement----after a long frustrating weekend i took carb,.fuel line/stop valve to friends garage and blew it through with air line--- boat test friday hopefully---regards all barry
