Site needs to change to https - giving all sorts of problems in up to date browsers ? Most browsers now will refuse to connect to http - and when you over-ride setting they are dead slow to load.
Most people when they see ' site is not secure' run away fast ?

Re: https
Site now upgraded to https using a shiny new SSL certificate.
May take some time for user browsers to reflect the update due to old cookies and locally cached files (these can be refreshed manually by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R in Chrome for example).
And, there is still some work to do updating/redirecting many of the internal website links to https from http. Pardon any accidental errors or downtime while this is completed. Will post again once all links are confirmed updated to https and working.

Re: https
Thanks for the prior warnings, Andrew. If anything goes wrong these days, I immediately think "My Computer's buggered" Nice to know it's 'normal' while things up-date.

Re: https
Pleased to confirm the full SOS site including the forum is now served via https. At this point all users should see the padlock sign in the address bar on PCs and mobile devices for all pages.
As always if you have any issues please post them here or let me know via email/PM.
Cheers
Andrew
