Great boats, great scenery and great footage.

Until this I'd never seen a Seagull rigged on a hydraulic jacking plate and/or one powering a vintage style hydroplane.

Remote rise & fall brackets first appeared, in New Zealand around 02 & were electric, invented by one of the strangest Kiwi's of them all, Raoul Lealand of the 2 power heads on 1 leg & hover boat fame, this hydraulic version is a Ross Leger version on his boat, Ross is very quick & holds many of the Waikato race records.

The hydro is Pirate Pete Notman in/on a Minimost pushed by a 5R, another of the Kiwi race characters.

Searching on you tube using these 3 names should find you some good stuff.
