Any idea when was this water pump housing introduced?

The gearbox seems to be the regular one with 2.5:1 ratio.

About the prop I can't tell, it's smaller than the one used on the barge pushers (4:1 gearbox ratio), right?
I love the 10600/145 turns!!!

well here's what i think

gearbox is pre 1967 (maybe a bit earlier)
prop could be from LLS or early century. have a look and see if there's anything cast in the hub at the base of the blades which might give you a clue.
pump housing is after 1967.
it all looks as though its been "kept going" with parts from all over.
somebody might be able to correct me on this but, gearboxes with "holes" in the water inlet instead of slots were made up till (i think) 1967.
looking again at the prop it might be for a 102, the hub boss looks to be the same diameter as the "nose" of the gearbox.

how old is the motor that it's going on? or havn't you got that far yet!

I have two LS's with the same 9 inch-ish clover leaf prop as you have there.
