forward gear.
when testing in the tank, after fitting new gear cap gasket, 6ftx3ft test tank so kept the prop on,slips into forward no problem, only running at third revs do manage to get her into neutral but have to play about with the gear lever, changes back to neutral no problem with the prop off, i take it this will not be so when pushing my Orkney long liner.

Re: forward gear.
Can you post a picture of the gearbox clutch fork area, so we can see if it is assembled correctly?

Re: forward gear.
afraid i don,t have the software to post pics, don't know if this helps, the collar that fits behind the brass washer that is next to the clutch fork, has four holes in it, two offset from the other two, i have the roll pin through the two and the shaft that are closet to the brass washer should it be the other holes.
looking in the spares book and it is the silver century/model 75 but the book doesn't list these parts it lists other models but not the ESC. the silver century plus/model 80 looks identical. hope this helps.
