You should use an apropriate system of paint (primer+paint, etc). Colors for outdoor use won't last. Go to a marine store or search on the web for specific productcs.

had mine for 20 years and is only 12', originally it was painted in water based marine paint, it didn't take the knocks to well so repainted it in oil based enamels,
it takes all the knocks and scrapes a lot better, I think marine paints can be overrated for small boats

Let me ask something. I am looking for a petrol resistant paint system (primer & paint) for aluminium parts. I found on ebay a system 150ml+150ml but it costs 18GBP, rather expensive I think for that volume. Does anyone use something similar? Any suggestion?

I have never been a fan of painting aluminium. Why paint when you can polish.
I have finished painting the inside of my boat. Fibreglass paint primer , gloss top coat plus safekote anti slip. Expensive stuff - I hope it works.
I push the boat off the side of the ramp then jump in over the stern. I am getting too old to slip.
total cost around £60. 30 years old but looking like new. Just t-cutted the seats and gunnel.
