It looks like a very nice engine. Lots of original features still there too. Like the original decal, that seems to have lasted well.

Brass carb body too. Would you know the JM magneto number? Under the copper lid. Silver barrel and with a height adjuster. Very nice indeed.

Using the collective collaboration of many minds can we work out a way of getting this motor to Sydney at minimal cost if l were to succumb to gracious ownership?

I can tell you a stripped down 102 will cost about £230 via airfreight. Sent via a slower route a lot less.

Yes l thought that would be about the cost Adrian but alas that would make it beyond my budget. I'm surprised it hasn't sold but then again my enthusiasm for the SD maybe a bit overzealous from the norm! :shock:
