Is the screw missing on your fueltap?

Post by smutts »

If the illiterate and hamfisted have tried to turn on the fueltap (Doh! it's stuck, I cant twist it on, wheres the molegrips?)
Then you will need to replace the now sheared bolt that stops the fuel tap from falling to bits.

That little screw is the same as the terminal screws in british 13amp plugs.

This was a tip from "pooroldguy" who has a load of sensible tips on youtube for seagulls.

He looks much like I might be in twenty years or so. :P

I'm dyslexic, not proud of it, but that doesn't make me ham-fisted or stupid, plus I don't need someone on youtube to show me how to replace a screw on a fuel tap, as I have never needed to replace a broken screw, strange really being ham-fisted and stupid. :x

P.S. spell checked by the wife.

Keith, My apologies, a dyslexic friend of mine struggled with a newspaper, but reads computer machine code faster than I can read the page in a Janet and John book. This ability is astonishing, Fortran nearly sent me to an asylum. Perhaps he is Neo from the Matrix. So no, I am not knocking dyslexics.
Just metal butchers.

It was just a quick way for us UK folk to get a replacement screw for the fuel tap.

Yup, I got the wrong youtuber, it's "pooroldchap" not "pooroldguy"

Now how do I edit my posted posts so as to not confuse everybody? :?:
