Cool, great looking bike, I love Husqvarnas , we messed about on small dirt bikes as kid, it is a riding skill he will never loose.
Only problem, what will Father Christmas need to bring to beat that?
H-A

Lucky Tyke with that Bike!
These were all the rage when I was 12. Dad never got me one. I had a choice between a 1.5Hp OMC outboard or the QA.
Outboard was my choice.
I spent a long time finding the mini bike I never had. Now I have BOTH!
$$$$.cc a few years ago.
It is up for a tune up and a new sump plug gasket when the weather warms up.

Re: Off the topic.(From boats to bikes)
I just HAVE to update!
I called into the Bike Doctor establishment today as, 20 years ago I used to get them to change my bike tyres. Place has changed slightly and the mechanics and staff are very young but truly enthusiastic. I wanted to get tyres as close to original for my Ducati as I could...(450 MKIII Desmo)..........yes they had them. 3.25x18
I also asked about a battery for my '81 GSX1100EX.......had that as well.
When they were chuffed in helping an Old Bloke out they asked "Anything Else"?
"How about some Genuine 400x5.0 Bridgestone Trailwings for a QA50"? I was just joking.......
Walked out with TWO NEW ONES......................I am buying Lotto! Been on their shelf since probably last time I was there. No special markup, just the original price on them. I will not be changing them as the ones on the bike are very decent.
It is so refreshing to "Revisit and find service as it used to be"

Re: Off the topic.(From boats to bikes)
As you drove off with those tyres in your trunk, (notice the use of the word trunk instead of boot) I can hear their conversation, "never thought you'd sell those Shane they must be as hard as a Dingo's droppings after 20 years exposure in the middle of the great Sandy", "no worries Titan he won't be bringing them back as he's too old to ride that relic & it wasn't designed to go round wona them feckin newfangled roundabout thingys!"
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.
