Help ID an outboard

Could anyone please help me identify an old outboard that's been hiding in the back of my garden shed for the past 25 years? And, hopefully having done that, is it of any use to someone or should I simply dump it? The cover is missing.

Its a Clinton outboard, 5hp I would say, Maybe someone would like it.
