I'm a little bit reluctant to admit owning one, as they are just a lawnmower with a prop and yes I paid money for it, admittedly not a lot.
I haven't run it yet, just waiting for the neighbors to go out.
I have had a look around on the Net and found pretty much nothing, too embarrassed to admit owning one I suspect.
It's an Ocean 4, pull start, twist grip throttle, the problem is it has an FNR gearbox that it not connected to anything to operate it from the front of the motor, only at the back of the motor, maybe its for a remote setup, I don't know, anyone else admit to owning one.

Re: Ocean Outboard
I was given a fixed gear Ocean 4, 8 or 10 years ago it ran, so I replaced my dead Briggs & Stratton lawnmower engine with the Ocean 4 powerhead, I got 5 years of tidy lawns from it.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

My little mallard is like that, cracking little strimmer!
Re: Ocean Outboard
For those of us who have never seen one, and most likely never will. Google presents the Ocean 4.

That's a 360 degree one, my isn't that old, plus I think its called a SUPER 4, not that that made it go any better.
Re: Ocean Outboard
Yup that looks like my lawn mower!
Is it a very fast outboard?

Re: Ocean Outboard
I haven't had time to run it yet, I wouldn't expect it to do much, I haven't decided if I'm going to use the remote fuel pump setup (same as the QB) or put a tank back on it.
