Right at the top. 7/16 thread on the crank shaft nut. The standard thread for BSF IS 18 tpi. Why does it state 16 tpi. Only noticed because ive just made a new nut and couldnt find 7/16x16 tap

Didnt think it was that far away. Why do they seem to only hav events on the edge of the earth. I thought lerryn was in wales. Thank god i dont drive for a living

No laser. Hand plasma. Hydralic punch and crop. Fold upto 5mm 3m long. thicker for short lengths. Guilitine the same. All material welding. But im mainly an engineer. Lathe, milling, surface grinding, slotter/shaper. Just a very diverse workshop.

Well thats ruined my plans. One like is on this polishing machine works out around £300. Thats far too much to spend on something that might not work and if it did im not sure i have a use for. I’ll keep looking though

£68. On ebay 100-1 ratio. Should be slow enough just looking for a 1” flex drive. I’ll make a pulley lets see if this actually works

I was thinking of something along those lines to run a permanent magnet motor and rectifier out of a wind turbine to charge my battery and run my 12v coolbox. I will mock it up later and post a pic.

Made an ally block for the water pipe. Gona weld it to the exhaust tube at the right level for the pipe.
