Saving Old Seagulls

Hi thanks for the reply the lower unit has a pump, and the crank cases are definitely jap see pics below. There are no marks on the cylinder however it runs well and pumps water from a hole in the cylinder jacket I made sure it was a runner before stripping and painting. Thanks steve. IMG_20160720_1...
