I was out on the lake testing two seagulls i'd built on sunday, a '47 102 and a '77 feather weight on a 10ft fiberglass dinghy two up, 102 managed 7mph but was running way too low in the water and barely making half revs (water level was at water pipe in exhaust) and the little 40 managed 5-6mph

With the thought of getting any water pumped out of the water pump up to the cylinder and seeing the water pipe fit into the water pump housing as being a poor slip fit at best i've fitted this. An 8mm spring grip washer, a slide spring from an Amal carb, a plain 8mm washer and a couple of o rings ...

Picked this up today. Paints a bit knackered but no dents in it. Nice little oddity.
