I have owned a Seagull 40+ for may years. Unfortunately, I have not used it for maybe more than thirty years. The last times it was run was in a barrel in fresh water. Otherwise during that time it has been stored upright on a stand. The time has now arrived to "wind up the elastic" and get it going ...
