Not made up my mind as yet don't think I'll be looking for a buyer but might need to find a victim....found this pic on the tinternet.nice stand..

Have you tried putting cap in vice and turning the tank?

Put the entire thing in some petrol and let it soak. the cork will be dry and stuck to the tank. if you put it in the vice you will damage the cap and cork.
time is your friend!

No id numbers on this wee carb i require a banjo are they all interchangeable ?? Cheers china's...

Fuel cap still soaking in diesel/petrol I see a couple on the bay but whether they fit or not is a different story..

I had a better look at your pic and can now see that it is an Amal carb!

Cheers china that's a much larger carb than this wee thing I have . now I have 2 both no number's :roll:

No attemps as yet looks to be complete but will require new cable's . :oops:
