Saving Old Seagulls

A few weeks ago i bought a job lot of parts on ebay from just over £20. It arrived today.
Was worthwhile in my opinion as i got a complete powerhead in near mint condition from LS22723, a SD prop and tiller, ignitions, 102 gearbox, flywheel, century blocks, some other gull stuff and these.
I would say they are from a Japanese motor of sorts but don't know, i got two of these props in this box.

I would say the carburettor looks like a Yamaha 9.9 and just type in the numbers off the prop into the interweb and that will most probably tell you something.
