Yes that's the 13 inch monster, 102 plus prop.

Bloody great big thing! I had one but it was too big to fit in the car. It also seems to attract lots of weed on the canal here. I swapped a standard bottom end onto it. I'm not sure whats going on with the carb on that one. Not the correct amal that's for sure.

It looks like a Johnson carburettor, maybe an A-25.
