Engine Identification

Hi all, I’m hoping one of you can help identify the year/model for this one:

The serial number in the photos seems to be missing the leading letter(s), so I asked seller to confirm and they came back with 471B8. This is what I see too; is this a mis-stamp? I’m thinking it should have an F in there somewhere...

It has got an F!

It's above and left of the serial, nearly out of sight, but it's there!

Ah, there it is! I’ve seen some crooked stamps before but never that far off!
