It was a nice fine day!

Post by Nudge »

It was a nice fine day!(but the tide was out)
So it was out with the spades and the 3 wheeled tipper.
I got this cart from the crap heap. (if I can get on photobucket I can show the old pics)
IMG_1513.JPG
Im digging out the carport.... Or should that be boat port ready for concrete.
IMG_1512.JPG
The cart holds 1/4 of a cubic metre, so it makes shifting the 2cube of top soil a lot faster than using a wheel barrow!
I have no idea how meny of these things made it to New Zealand.

Never seen one in the land of it's birth!

It must be as old as I am!

Wow,that is a neat motorised wheel barrow thing.
I would find that very useful.
Love the boat. Is it a plywood , seagull powered, racing boat ?
Cheers

It took me quite a while to get it all cleaned up and working

The cart was stripped down to evere last nit and bolt (including the engine)

Another example of how I use the cart! Once the saw dust was picked up I shifted the fire wood with the cart. A LOT quicker than a wheel barrow!

That is the coolest thing ever. Lol
It came up really nice. Hope you find lots of things to use it for.
