Saving Old Seagulls

This motor has all 2 manuals plus warranty service record. All new condition.
Original pull cord.
Could anyone give me value for insurance purposes? Don' believe this motor has ever been run. Four blade prop. thanks

The only real way to tell you anything is to see the motor, so a picture would help.
I have seen the odd new seagull and have heard of a seagull motor that has never been run on a number of occasions, but who is to say, it has or it hasn't, which is funny really, as British Seagull ran every motor that they made before sending them out.
So if it's still got all the packaging around the tank and so on and it's new, or it's in really good condition and not new.
