Cant think why anyone would want a two stroke stationary engine but mite be worth it for the parts

I saw this too!
quite a neat little thing but i say it needs a better cooling solution.

I would have blocked off the exhaust water feed and tapped in a water pipe to the side bung and bunged it in there, it's going to get hot what ever you do.
Seems more about advertising then selling.

They weren't really designed to work in that orientation.

A century cylinder would cool better.

I would have done the cooling so you could attach your garden hose to one end and it would squirt out the exhaust.

Not a bad price though £70 if you needed a pot and a piston plus other spares.

It's not as though they are hard to find and a full outboard wouldn't be any more expensive.
I must have a handful of complete flat top ignitions and round barrels lying about, pretty common parts.

its clear that some work has been put into it so i would say it doesn't really deserve to be broken.

It it what it is, a repurposed engine, pretty common parts and not worth much, I have the same parts lying around, a day in the shed would make one, maybe better, but would you want too, not really, I wouldn't think it would run for that long without a water pump anyway, you see this type of thing more and more, compressors turned into hit and miss engines, its nothing new.
That what people do, get a cheap engine, go to an engine show, run the engine for five minutes and get free entrance and pitch every weekend and a show to look around.

Easy fit a tap to the water tank and at some point it should be warm enough to make tea therfore it's a 2/stroke kettle.....sorted china
