Hi all,
I am currently working on rebuilding a 1939 evinrude sportsman and have various parts left over from my "parts motor" that I would be happy to part with to a fellow collector. Some of the parts available are:
Fuel tank
Carb
Solid fuel like
Prop shaft
Drive shaft sprocket
Power head unit
Flywheel etc
Plus other random bits. If your chasing any of these parts just ask and I will let you know if I have it.
Cheers

Might be worth checking in with Boyd (Aus OB Collector) when he returns from overseas later this month.

That bloke has been trying for months. Asking way too much IMO.
For the OMC story, have a look at The Old Outboard Book Hugz.
Much more than Evinrude & Johnson.
But 1936 is your answer.
