Are any throttle levers exclusive to Seagull? Common to lawnmowers and old British bikes etc...

I don't think so. Various levers were used in various bike, lawnmower, outboard, stationary engines etc. Seems villiers or Amal are the standard of the day.

Keith might know,the 2 Charles's perhaps.

But agreed,at the time of production MANY THINGS were sourced from outside suppliers that were common on other applications of the time.
Lawnmowers, motorcycles, stationery engines to mention but a few, even fuel tanks. (i still reckon it's right)

The levers Seagull used were used by others at the time, I've seen them on all sorts of things, I pulled a nice old bronze/brass Amal lever off a sit on Dennis mower, It was a 1940's mower mind you, still have it, well most of it.
