The first link could be a Seagull, more likely to be an ocean.
Even I don't know what the second one is, a US motor I suspect.
I have seen Seagull called everything from an Anzani to a Villiers outboard, as it had Villiers magneto on the flywheel.

Thank you for the replies,even us that haventaclue It crossed my mind to go have a look at the Goiot but it's a fair drive,not big into two hundred mile round trips these days,getting lazy in my auld age
