for sale 1966 seagull

Post by wjlloydii »

i just purchased a 1966 seagull i do not know much
about . i bought it for $10.00 from a 93 yr old man who said
the last time it was started was 1985. i would love for it
to go to someone who would appreciate this motor. Since
i paid very little i am only asking what u think its worth.
I am only asking someone give me a true value of what
this thing is really worth just for my own knowledge.

thanx bill lloyd

A picture to see the condition would help, also an engine number would help to with what model it is.

It's not a model that I have ever come across, it will all depend on condition, model and if it's all original, an SG is not a model, have another look.

I have two of them a little older, a nice little motor the Forty Plus, look after it and it will go for years.

welcome these little engines get under your skin. (Beware the infection ) you will soon have dozens of them. They all have charms of their own but are fun and not as expensive as other vices. Post some pictures if you get a chance.
All the best Graham
