2 old Seagulls available.

Post by Smallpaws »

I've been given 2 old seagulls to sell in aid of an animal rescue charity.

One old Silver Century, probably only good for spares.

One Seagull 40 Plus (4 blade prop). I'm told this is in working order.

Please don't ask me any techy questions about the above as I won't know the answers! I have a pristine owner's handbook for the 40 plus!

No fixed amount asked, just a donation to the charity.

I'm on the island of Seil (bridge to the mainland), about 15 miles south of Oban.

2 Old Seagulls

:D
Cleaned the points and plug and dropped in fresh fuel to the Forty Plus as soon as I got home and she started first pull. I'll need to replace the engine oil in the gearbox before I do anything else but she's a joy.
Thanks Pat
P.S.
I also received the Owners Manual and first editions of the Seagull Club newsletters today - many thanks for sending them on. John is a major feature in them!

Glad everything is OK, Steven. See, I knew you'd want to start playing with it as soon as you got home :D

I hadn't read the Seagull newsletters - so our John is famous then!

All the best for your future sailing.
