Another "new" in box seagull

Post by andrew » Sat Feb 15, 2020 2:53 pm

I picked up EFPC59EE3 a few years ago, and it has been in storage ever since. Seller told me it was his father's, and that it has never been out of the box. The box has certainly been opened, but looking at the way the engine us mounted in there, I am inclined to believe it has never been removed. Came with what appears to be original spares bag, though they were loose and I attached the bag and multi-tool to the wood to prevent loss. Otherwise have left it alone.

Thought I would share some photos with the site, as I don't recall seeing any of these later cardboard box pictures posted. Unfortunately they are not the best pics of the motor itself, because I didn't want to extract it from the box until I decide the future of the gull (store, sell, display, or even use!).

Happy to post follow up pics if anyone wants a better angle. Thoughts/comments on condition welcome!

That's a very late date for a Villiers carbed EFPC, strange.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.
