I recently acquired this nice blue 102 , sadly its missing the clamps , would the one in picture be correct ? Its a 1960 model

Yep, the clamps are fine. Is the bracket bronze or ali? Its hard to say from the pic, the thrust block is nice either way but if its bronze then break out the brasso! (or caustic soda solution for any brass or bronze components, a really easy if a bit messy way of cleaning them but don't dunk any aluminium alloy parts in that stuff). Also very nice tank from this angle anyway. Is it a 4:1 gearbox? I'm not sure but the four-blade prop seems to suggest so.

Hi

Thanks for that , it is an alloy bracket and I'd say a 4-1 box as much larger than standard 102 , was pleasant surprise as I bought it from photos and was expecting standard model .
