Oil from combustion

Post by african imp »

An engine that I have not run for about five years was started last week, it was dry tested then wet tested, when put on its storage stand an oil leak was evident, would that be correct on an engine using a 10:1 fuel mix?

The engine runs fine and I think is in very good condition.

It is a 4hp model and with a clutch, engine number WPC 1299 KK3 dated to 1973
