Another 102 Headed to South Australia a 1953-54 it may be a bitza the gearbox prop area looks wrong, guess the remote area it came from the reason.

It has a later barrel so that's a bonus! Both boxes are unusual.

By the looks of things i'd say that gearbox has been apart at some point in the past. Allen headed screws........... think they're normally hex headed bolts aren't they?
The rest of it looks good though.
Remnants of the flying seagull decal left on the tank which is nice.
Some of the chain still on the transom clamp which is nice to see. Overall a fairly honest looking 102 apart from the clutched gearbox and some goofey looking "alterations" to the prop shaft area.
Solid outboard once it's running good.
