Century series piston size?

Post by african imp »

I have a crankcase here, its number is LLS 203W2 I also have a piston that was made by Hepolite, it is 2 / 1/4" in diameter.

The shaft bushes look to be 100% perfect and unmarked.

Would that size of piston will be suitable for this crank case, would the one I have fit?

I have cylinder a head but no crank, con rod or block.

The piston rings are tight in the grooves, I will soak the piston and rings in oxalic acis to free the rings.

Dates to 1967?
