I wish you hadn't written "improvements" - it implies a little scepticism, which they don't deserve.

I’m sure the mods will report back in due course, when they have been able to meet and discuss. They are all volunteers after all. They won’t be making promises they fail to keep.

Clarification. Is it acceptable to use members real name in posts or should I keep to to forum names? Personally it doesn't worry me but I might be stepping on toes.

If someone's forum name is their real name then by all means use it - there are at least two people called Charles so confusion can arise.

Best not to shorten real names - Charles is Charles not Chas or Chuck, etc.

If you know people's surnames that they don't use on the forum then it's best not to use them on here.
