That looks about right, 12,36, 17.1, that's close to where that prop is supposed to be.

It's not possible to put a 102cc prop on that lower unit, so if it's not drawing enough juice, wouldn't mountain bike gears look sexy?

Charles that fills me with confidence so my home work and maths were correct and as for 105 im just thinking of removing the entire gear box and prob for the stem then fit a 105 straight on but John has also told me i could fit a 105 on with a bit of jiggery and pokery but im not sure i will have to wait and see with that one, plus i do want make a couple more outboards ones a 40 to 60 kw and the other 80 to 100kw ac motors of which i purchased from used hybrid gearboxes so fricking cheap but need re housing so if there's anyone out there who does cnc or CAD please drop a comment here maybe you could help. anyway Charles thanks for that.
