throttle levers and props.
perhaps a longshaft exhaust tube and water delivery pipe?
could also do with a copper mag cover and "villiers magneto" rope pulley if you've got one :D

Prop spoken for, throttle lever not correct, keeping exhaust and drive tube, so I can put mine back to long shaft.

Flywheeel, mag and small rope pull spoken for.

What does that leave, gearbox and power head, carb looks a little newer .

Will know more tomorrow.

Picked up SD , good condition.

Green paint on flywheel.

Have emailed Rene about the bits he wants.

Adrian, the tank support is not Ali, and the tiller arm is steel. This must be a late SD perhaps, I will take the cylinder off it looks good.

If anyone need bits let me know, gearbox is good and stamped.

Cast a new rubber cushion hub, Shore A 70.

Bore is good, very surprised by condition of piston, little wear to rings.

This will be a clean and rebuild, and adapt an SD tank, so should be quick.

Here is a picture of the cushion hub.

Two part rubber is easy to use, Shore A 70 should be plenty hard enough..

Tank cut and shut under way.

Cut out the neck, spin it round and weld back in.

Solder or braze? Will you have to fasten strips on the inside to maintain the original height?

No straight in with a mig weld.

The steel is near 16 gauge so no problems there, will take a bit of heat.

Will post pictures.

Ah yes, steel, not paying enough attention. Seems to come with age.
