where would i be able to buy pippin file from nothing at all on flea bay

"Pippin files are tapered in width and thickness, combining the cross-sections of the round with the crossing file and having the edge of a knife file. Pippin files are used for finishing the junction of two different curved surfaces and for opening slots when a "V" shape is required"

Why do you need pippin files, would not a good set of Swiss needle files do the job?
