Too true!!
It is very nice with all it's original bits and bobs!
A humourous friend of mine wants to gold plate one of my seagulls
He says:
"I know this guy that does gold plating and the process isn't too cost prohibitive.."

Oily gold plating would be pretty damn funny..but not in my budget sadly

Also true
My friend is like that
It'd be for the humourous aspect (rough and ready...and gold plated!!)
and likely bragging rights on the goldplated seagull, he's very funny
I think I'll make convince him to buy one of mine for his Flying Junior, then he can gold plate it!
I think it'dbe funny too but hardly practical as I like to get then on the back of a boat and use them
My place is already full of this: (pre repairs)
