Triumph engine rebuild

Post by Oyster 49 »

I have been doing the final part of the rolling rebuild of my Triumph over the last couple of weeks, overhauling the crank shaft. Thought it might be of interest.

I still think of that day I was offered an old SS Tiger Cub for free, I was 17, on a bike myself and had no way to pick it up.

When I first started biking in 1980 nobody wanted 1950s and 60s British bikes. They went for next to nothing as there were too many and not enough interest. It's changed somewhat!
