Exellent thinking. You can say that it would work like a double lipped seal. Do a heaps better job.

I just LOVE freshwater motors, they are so low stress as you have something to work with always!

Seals on the way and just that wee shift rod bush to remove/save.......Pesky wee varmits. :lol:
