Couldn't say no to another one.

Post by Keith.P »

I splashed out £40 a couple of weeks ago, OK not exactly a splash, but I did get another 18hp Evinrude, Its basically, mostly, 98%, almost complete, well a lot more complete than the last one I got.
I haven't run it yet and will probably leave it till next year before doing anything to it, I do prefer the older style Evinrude's and this is not it, but I don't see the older one's very often, this one is a 1967 model, so only just old enough to keep, if i can find some space for it.

So after giving it the once over, it has working gears, two plugs that spark, original coils not so good and it has a hundred psi per cylinder, as it sits, so its a start.
