Post by livewire »

I can feel i'm getting worse.

I posted a wanted on these free sites and i was offered a Seabee, i thought that sounded intresting and shot round to collect this.

It does turn over as i've tried carefully, but the recoil doesn't pull the rope back in.

I bet i can't get replacement decals?

A little art work and you should be able to replace it.
The part of the recoil that's mounted on the flywheel, is very fragile, a little oil will get it moving.
I have one, not the same model and the odd spare part.
Bottom bearing seal usually the main problem, replaced my ones.
The novelty value wore off very quickly for me with the SEABEE.
