Anzani Pilot Rebuild

Post by Keith.P »

I already have a couple of Anzani Pilots, but this one is a little older then the rest, so have no info on dates.
I have seen two old ads on the net that show both different types of motor on the same year, so am none the wiser.
I didn't take any pictures of the motor before I started, but someone will recognise it.
Had to Paint some extra parts, as the corrosion and pitting on some parts was too much to get away with.

Its coming along, I may change some more nuts & bolts to stainless, like on the crank, to make it look better,
but its getting there slowly, also wouldn't mind finding out what the original decal was on the tank, as it looks like it may have had one on the top of the tank.

Thanks Oyster, still some more to do.
Tank to be finished off still and the hand rail has some added welding for a tiller handle that will all have to be cut & ground off.
