Hi All,
There is a loose plan for a run to Portobello this Sunday if the weather is fine. Kick-off around 1030 from Back Beach. Will have a look at the forecast on Friday night and follow up with an email.
Cheers Graham.

Event Follow up 2012
Sunday turned out a perfect day for our annual winter run to Portobello. It was hard to believe the mirror calm conditions after the stormy weather the day before. It was only a small invasion on the village with several of our usual starters ringing in with apologies. Paul V. was hoping to bring along his new classic launch which we were all keen to see but had problems at the eleventh hour and couldn't make it. We spent couple of pleasant hours basking in the winter sun at the Portobello pub with light meals and drinks telling a few stories before making the return trip. Brent C. brought along a Ferrier Motor which had belonged to his Grandfather, it completed the trip without missing a beat having been laid up for many years.

Hello Rex, sounds like a nice trip. Would you be able to post a photo or two of that Ferrier? I have one to restore and am interested in seeing any other engines that are about. Thanks
