Have looked at the sellers Facebook page and he is doing them very well. But over £300 including postage is a tad on the high side I would say. I doubt that cylinder will be of any use, look closely at the cleaned up area, that is a crack.
Blue Hermatite and polished crack area shows he has been in there.
Lucky you did not pay much for it.
