ummmm this is a no-brainer ....(just love the easy ones ) got to B&Q or similar, buy a brass radiator key about £1-50 knock out the cross pin and braze a bit of a handle on the end thin down the external sides a little bit if needed bake for hour and a 1/2 gas mark 5 garnish with glacee cherries...

1st time in 200 years ... a square rigger hove into view in Lleryn CPC gull powered .... We would have won best speed in class, but by the gods those sails back winded sure slow you down I was sure we'd have Best Dressed Ship ...but there was stiff competition thanks to Mr Jewsons for the broom pole...

but it won't do much good either..... you'll find that there's probably a load of clag (technical term ) built up inside the water jacket if you're game enough remove the cylinder and strip completely then attack the galleries with a stiff wire high pressure jet can help, and I've had success in hea...
