Does it help if its siezed up?

I had a good tank on the sd i once had!
Ok rinse after salt water
what about the magneto if the coil is no good?

OK ill just keep a tank
but how will it push my boat?....
do they have the filler in the centre
some may have originally been brass?

are they all steel on these?

Well id like to do a deal on the tank thats on it if someone wants it
but the filler has been knocked in a bit so needs to come out if poss
