With you saying the engine was 'running cool' that would explain the slight oil residue on the threads and barrel of the Plug. The actual combustion zone colour at the tip seems to be more or less perfect. I wouldn't stress about it.

I went through approximately the same process a couple of years ago, and it's thoroughly enjoyable from now on, mate. Have fun!
