I would suggest 10mm, 1mm pitch or less. I depends on the replacement banjo bolt that you will find. But you have to verify that the walls have enough material for the surgery!

Heat and quenching heat again and then try with a screwdriver or the impact one. But don't be gentle when applying heat!

You need imperial spanners, bare that in mind. Only some of the later models have metric nuts and bolts.
Regarding your model usually it's not a coil problem when you don't have spark. More likely it's the points that needs cleaning or the HT lead or the spark plug.
