Just soft solder a bit of copper on the end. if it is smaller than that drill a hole in some aluminium to make a mould. Heat up the aluminium hot enough to melt the solder and dip the in of the cable into it..... wait for it to cool down.

EP140 oil I believe I need to replace it with. Fill to the bottom of the fill hole?

The starter cord should be 5.5mm and 650mm long.

I saw one youtube video where the guy heat it up with a propane torch before reuse. (looks like it cooled before being placed)
What would the purpose of that be?


Do this! Heating it up softens the copper.

You can put some silicone on the cylender side to help keep the water in.

Yup! I dont think you will be using that fly wheel any more. You may need a puller to get he rest off.
